Fountainhead Garden Home Owners Association

Pumpkinpatch

Make Yourself At Home!

Fountainhead Garden Home Owners' Association is a planned unit development established in 1972. The neighborhood contains two phases, totaling 144 homes in different styles. The Community is conveniently located in Martinez just off of Hwy 4 in close proximity to schools, shopping and entertainment. See our Pages & Links section for more details.

The Fountainhead Garden Community would like to welcome you to our neighborhood. We are happy you have chosen to join us! We would like to encourage you to introduce yourself to your neighbors. Some of our amenities include a nice pool for those hot summer months. The pool is generally open May through October for your enjoyment. In addition, the Cabana in the pool area is available for rent. You may contact the Miramonte Company for more information if you are interested in renting the Cabana. If you would like to get involved in our Community, we often plan social events such as BBQ's, ice cream socials and town hall meetings. Our Association's Board of Directors meet every second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Cabana. You are always welcome and encouraged to attend meetings.

We hope that you enjoy living here in Martinez. Aside from having a great view up here on Fountainhead Court, we are only minutes away from Downtown Martinez. There, you have access to the waterfront with a nice trail as well as shopping and many delicious restaurants. In addition, we are only miles from The Sunvalley Mall. Again, we are excited that you are here and hope that you enjoy your new home. We all look forward to meeting you.
